I just came off of one of my longest dry spells, I hadn't really done anything but two singles since December 23rd and now I just finished one of my largest projects in the shortest timespan, 156 tracks in 8 days, 9 different writers.  Everything from full orchestral scores to EDM. 11 different categories. Yesterday was a new record for me 31 tracks in a single day.

Only two revisions in all those tracks... Yeah!    Best of all I have a very happy new client.

Not sure this is "thread worthy" but I figured I'd share some good news... it feels good to work again.

That's great, Larry! Most certainly thread worthy.

Here's hoping the concept spreads a bit.... :D

Hell yeah! Glad to hear it. I know the feeling: I'm coming off a few months that are about as good as anything I've had since 2011. Definitely squirreling some money away in the old mattress for the next scary dark time, and I kept it going as best I could by digging deeper into the things I was doing that were working.

Thanks everyone, I knew if anyone could appreciate (and understand) this it would be all of you.

I really need to solicit these Hollywood production houses more. I do work for (or have done) Q Factory, Megatrax, APM, Aspect Ratio, Lionsgate, Robert Etoll Productions, Audiomachine, etc... So I do have a track record for this movie trailer and production library work. Hell I listen to my work on television every night. Talk about real life feedback!

Maybe I need a manager?

Thank you very much guys. It was the most tracks to do in the shortest time frame that I ever had. My brain was left spinning after this.

I was so glad I only had two re-do's in all that work, one was a remix and the other they just wanted slightly brighter and to see if I could bring out more punch. For a first time working together things went surprisingly smooth. Everyone involved seemed very happy, which makes me happy.

We used drop box extensively and I learned a lot about drop box for business. If collaborating on a project I highly recommend it. Made things so easy and immediate.

Wow. When it rains it pours. That's an impressive workload (to have and to do!).

Done in 10 days but they missed sending me one cue. So I comped them that one (ha ha). I was exhausted after this but exhilarated at the same time. I love me a good challenge.

Funny thing is right after this project my workload has picked up like crazy. Like you said "when it rains it pours". Here's to the rain sticking around!

Hope you're feeling better Dusk.
