My last post here posted. but I see no other new posts at all. I don't understand. Why do my posts post, but I can't view other new posts? Once again, I see no "Scheduled maintenance" at the top of the page, which has me puzzled what the problem is

Yuku is down. Samporpass.com is Chris W's personal forum for when Yuku servers are unresponsive. Had same problem yesterday evening.

Don't know what's up, but this forum has been very slow and unresponsive lately. Maybe as long as a month. People get out of the habit of stopping by when you can't even connect to the server. Seems to me that someone is dropping the ball, big time.

Well, it''s working but sluggish. Not sure how some of my posts got repeated. I can almost envision beads of sweat on the brows of those working to fix the problem

I am curious as to what improvement over the former is hoped to be achieved once this gets ironed out. New features?

P.S. i know the admin are doing a amazing job in here , but they can't be tech support for a sluggish site.!!!

way beyond "sluggish"; more often than not, last few days, I cannot get into the site at all... completely unresponsive.

I cannot help but wonder whether there might be another way to implement server additions and upgrades that doesn't involve service interruptions? I have never encountered this type of issue on other sites-- at least not with this frequency.

I think it would be far better to announce maintenance and take the entire site offline for a period of hours, rather than the way it's currently done.

I, too, like Jean would gladly pay a modest subscription fee if the site were a little more reliable.

Or another way to look at it is: I'd pay a subscription fee to take the site to friendlier superior software and servers at another host.

I got an error message this morning I've never seen: 503 "No server available to handle this request." Thought I'd pass it along.
