Hello Everyone,

I have a Mackie Onyx 1220 (not the "1220i") and need a good gig bag to take the mixer out for live gigs. All the bags on Mackies site (and all dealers) are for the current 1220"i" models, which are actually smaller than my original 1220, so the mixer will not fit into the bag (based on specs...).

We don't gig that often, so no need for a road case. I am looking for a good, sturdy, well padded, well-made bag with a shoulder strap: Needs to be 4" x 12.5" x 17".

Anyone have a brand/model suggestions they like?

Let me know, I appreciate any suggestions.

Thank you, I hope all is well.

Second on the Gator bag. I've had one for a pedalboard for at least ten years and it still works and looks good. The zipper pull did come off of the accessory pouch--I replaced it with a wire tie and never looked back. The main zipper is very sturdy.
