Here's a handy list of basic navigation techniques. Some you obviously know, but maybe some you don't.
and horizontal scroll bars
and dragging horizontal bar moves horizontally
and dragging vertical bar moves vertically
and dragging either end of the horizontal bar zooms in and out
clicking on the horizontal scroll bar will fit the whole project
horizontally into the window
clicking (single click on OSX) on the vertical scroll bar toggles
through three vertical track sizes, minimum, normal, and maximum.
and drag up or down on lower border of track in TCP. This will
increase/decrease the track height of a single track.
Click (Apple key in OSX) and drag up or down on lower border of track
in TCP.This will increase/decrease the track height of all tracks.
or + = zoom in horizontally
arrow or - = zoom out horizontally
Zoom in vertically
= Zoom out vertically
arrow = moves the play/edit cursor left or right.
in the tcp - horizontal zoom
in the track control panels of the tcp – vertical zoom.
up - zooms in to a selected area. (Apple page up on OSX)
page down - zooms all the way out. (Apple page down on OSX.)
a specific time, marker, or region - Ctrl J (Apple J in OSX)
